Dr. Kurtz was born in Milwaukee, but she grew up in Minnesota. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Religion from St. Olaf College and her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals.

Dr. Kurtz is married. She and her husband have a young son and an adopted Great Pyrenees/poodle mix named Winnie. Dr. Kurtz enjoys spending time outside, playing or singing music, cooking and baking, and participating in choreographed exercise classes like Zumba and BodyPump.

Dr. Kurtz sees patients at our Mukwonago and Waukesha locations.
