Our clinic is available to assist you between the hours of 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30am – 4:00pm Friday, by calling 262-544-4411 where a scheduling representative will be able to immediately work with you to schedule your appointment. Additionally, you can use the Chat With Us feature at the bottom of this page to connect directly with us virtually to schedule your appointment.
We will do our best to contact you for an appointment within 48 hours. Our scheduling department is not open on weekends. All requests received over the weekend will be answered on the following business workday.
